My Name is Ian White and I am a Life Fulfillment Coach. My focus is to help people to get out of their own way, so they can live the life they were meant to. The reason why I love helping people to get out of their own way, is because I am learning to do just that. I quit my full-time government job in July 2014, to become a full-time coach. I needed to get out of my own way in order to live the life that I was meant to. A life that I am excited about living. So I act as a living example to my clients and my family that it is possible. I want everyone that I come in contact with to truly know that they can be, do and have whatever their heart desires most, if they just trust in themselves and get the support they need to hold them accountable. The side benefit to people who live a life that excites and fuels them, is the fact that, when they become happier, their happiness will fuel and inspire everyone with whom they come in contact. Like ripples in a pond, the effect is endless.
My passion for coaching stems from the fact that coaching has provided the foundational building blocks for my personal growth journey. I have witnessed and experienced the incredible power that coaching has to evoke excellence in others and I want the world to know about it. I believe so strongly in the practices of coaching that I want to bring those practices to the everyday person; the husband and wife; the mother and daughter; the manager and the employee; the teacher and the student; the list is endless. This movement that I am creating (I believe), will have a ripple effect that has a positive impact with those I work with and those who continue to practice those practices with others.
I have a broad range of experience working with individuals and groups inside and outside the Federal Public Service. I have been involved in coaching since 2008 where I have worked with a diverse group of individuals with their unique personal and professional circumstances.
I have 3 years of experience delivering coaching and employee engagement workshops where I have assisted hundreds of people to shift their perception of who they are and what they have at their disposal, to support themselves and evoke similar changes in others.
In addition to the above, I have also co-developed and co-delivered The Coaching Practice Boot Camp which is a virtual coaching community, where I am helping to build amateur coaching capacity within everyday people. The focus of these boot camps is to improve the quality, efficiency and focus of everyday conversations using the practices of coaching.
