Session Description
In March 2020, we quickly transitioned to working from home and over the last 2 years most of us would say quite successfully.
We now find ourselves in a new territory of setting up, transitioning and implementing a hybrid workplace environment. In order to be successful in this endeavour we will be need to navigate a series of crucial conversations as individuals, as a team and as an organization. The personal and professional life is more intertwined than ever before and finding a balance will be critical for a workplace to be engaged and to operate efficiently and effectively.
Peer Coaching Circles is a leadership development tool that supports both operational and skill building components of change, creating momentum and right time, right sized action. Peers are able to bring topics they need to address, take action around, and be coached by their peers. At the same time peers are practising and honing their skills, around asking powerful questions, challenging perceptions, pause and feedback.
Ian, Marc and Karen feel that introducing Peer Coaching Circles as one of the tools to support and engage peers, colleagues, will help prepare and equip employees and leaders to feel confident and competent in the series of conversations we will be having over the coming months.
The workshop is designed to introduce the tools and skills to practice peer coaching. We also have created a Getting Ready Starter Kit that includes material and video as part of the post workshop support, for you to implement with your peers.
*We are exploring the option of a bilingual format based on demand.

Ian White, Life Fulfillment Coach President of Coaching Deconstructed Inc.
I am a Life Fulfillment Coach and I help people to make the shifts necessary to lead more satisfying and fulfilling lives. I chose this line of work after spending 14 years in a career that was based on limiting beliefs, safety, security and my education. And it wasn’t until I quit that job to pursue my passion for coaching that I found a satisfying and fulfilling way to live. Coaching is in my blood and is the life force behind all that I do. One of the reasons I love coaching is because it trusts that we all have the answers inside of ourselves, no matter how big the problem. This is why I am so excited to be teaching coaching practices that serve everyday people in helping others to find their own answers, all while improving their conversation and leadership skills.
